‘Efficient collective redress mechanisms in Visegrad 4 countries: an achievable target?’

Themes of the conference: collective consumer and environment protection actions in V4 countries and other European countries, including the new legislation planned in the Czech Republic, the evaluation of the current legal framework for resolving collective damages and application in practice, the presentation of the current situation of approach to justice in EU bodies, the introduction of the functioning of the environmental actio popularis in Portugal, collective consumer actions in Germany, etc.

Date and place: Friday, November 23, 2018 from 9:00 to 18:00 hours in the headquarters of the Academy of Sciences at Národní 3, Praha 1, hall 206.
