The chapter critically analyses the legal foundations of unfair term control in the Czech Republic, mentions the main examples of unfair and non-transparent rules and the specific problems of national judicial control; in particular, the traditional way of controlling unfairness based on legal principles and overly generous exceptions to the unfairness test for multi-component prices.
