Dear colleagues,
Please accept my invitation to the 5th year of the international scientific conference MEDIATION 2019 held by the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc on 12 and 13 September 2019. The general partners are the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.
The goal of the conference is an interdisciplinary reflection of the mediation in the Czech Republic and abroad. Themes in the sphere of mediation theory, research and practice are going to be discussed.
As usual, the programme is divided into three parts. The introductory plenary session is devoted to the speeches of significant Czech and foreign professionals, the second part is implemented through thematically focused sections, and the third one is carried out through interactive workshops. A part of the conference is a social evening with cymbal music at the pleasant premises of the Fort Science of Palacký University.
