On Thursday, June 15th, The Centre for Climate Law and Sustainability Studies will host a distinguished advocate of environmental interests in numerous court litigations in the USA. Michael Freund has devoted his entire professional career to defending the environment in the courts. He has worked on issues of toxic air and water pollution, recycling, radiation, land use planning, and biodiversity. At 1:30 p.m., he will give a talk on "California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act," and will also present interesting litigation cases he has handled.
