Decision-making on the Provision of Healthcare at the End of an Individual’s Life from the Perspective of Civil Law
The workshop deals with the issue of interventions in individuals’ integrity in the provision of healthcare at the end of their lives. The goal of the workshop is to define an intervention in an individual’s integrity in the abandonment of curative care, as well as what means for solving these situations are provided in the current legislation.
