Legal aspects of conversational AI

On 9 September at 13:30, the Institute of State and Law of the CAS is organizing a workshop on the legal aspects of conversational AI. The workshop will be held with the participation of Prof. Dr. Martin Ebers, author of a number of monographs and scholarly articles on the law of technology. Prof. Ebers will talk about non-contractual liability for AI. My contribution will focus on AI and copyright issues and Martin Erlebach, a PhD student from the Institute of Law and Technology in Brno, will talk about the issue of data protection for data collected for training AI on the Internet.
